We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for Ron Derksen. Ron has now helped us to sell three homes. He assisted us when we bought our current home nearly six years ago, and he is helping us with the sale now that we are moving once again.

 

Buying and selling a home is a process.  Ron is always there from the beginning to the end.  In fact, a few years after we bought our current home, we needed some information regarding the builder's warranty on our home, and Ron took the time to help us with that.  He is always ready and available.  Ron always encouraged us to contact him anytime.  His courteous and attentive manner always put us at ease, and we felt very welcome to call him with any questions that arose.

 

If we weren't moving overseas, he would be helping us once again. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Ron Derksen helped me buy my first (and so far, only) home.  He was very helpful to someone like me who had no clue how to make an offer, or find a lawyer, or figure out about condo fees.  He took the time to explain things to me.  He also showed me the property twice, so my parents could see it.  He answered his phone messages quickly.  I would definitely want him to be my realtor again.
